Our Programs

The Brandon Owens Foundation delivers four core programs designed to empower youth and strengthen our community.

Youth Entrepreneurship Workshops

Age-appropriate entrepreneurship education in three tiers: Awareness (ages 13-17), Pathway (ages 13-24), and Enterprise (ages 16-24). 8-12 week programs covering business planning, financial literacy, marketing, and pitch preparation. Summer youth intensive with a culminating showcase event.

Inspire Greatness Action Plan Youth Track

Integration with the Inspire Greatness Action Plans curriculum. Foundation-appropriate modules delivered through our youth pipeline with pre and post program assessments measuring business knowledge, confidence, financial literacy, and leadership skills.

Scholarship Programs

Three-tier scholarship model: Gap Completion ($500-$1,000), Access Scholarship ($1,000-$2,500), and Entrepreneurship Excellence ($2,500-$5,000). Named scholarship funds including The Brandon Owens Leadership Scholarship and The Inspire Greatness Scholarship. Application window: February 1 through April 30 annually.

Community Outreach Initiatives

12+ events per year including Youth Entrepreneurship Showcase, Pull Up and Pitch Albany, Foundation Annual Gala, Walk for Education Albany, and Financial Literacy Day. Workshops, networking, community service, cultural events, and fundraising aligned with the I Empower Tour schedule.
